Meet Your
Massage Therapist
Helping her clients one hour at a time since 2001, Alesha received her certification of massage through the nationally renowned Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy. With her many years of expertise, Alesha has not only worked as an Instructor of massage, but has been published in local health/fashion magazines and expos. She now practices massage in Westminster, CO.
In 2005 she became a Doula & Certified Pregnancy Massage Therapist. She has worked with individual women to create wellness plans and has been an ambassador for the new parents both prenatally and in the birthing room.
She chooses to incorporate many of her medical massage techniques into a relaxing escape from the normal day's stress. The Deep Tissue, fast-paced Sports Massage, and Neuromuscular Massage techniques have been favored by local athletes, including runners, football, and hockey players. Yet, her style and genuine care for each client shines through, as she is versatile enough to give the feather touch of Swedish for those just seeking stress relief.
